ABSTRACT: We investigated transcriptional responses following in vitro stimulation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) obtained from a patient with inherited STK4 deficiency. Samples from the heterozygous parents and unrelated healthy donors with a wild-type genotype were analyzed for comparison.
