ABSTRACT: Total RNA was isolated from mid-log phase Streptococcus agalactiae cells deficient in SczA (∆sczA strain GU2791), grown in Todd-Hewitt broth (THB) medium supplemented with 0.5 mM Cu and sequenced using Illumina NextSeq500.
