De novo methylation enforces long-term lineage-specific programing of TFH and TH1 memory cells [WGBS]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: In this study, we used whole genome methylation analyses of naive cells and Tfh and Th1 cell subsets at the effector and memory cell stages to identify dynamic programing changes in DNA methylation. We identified lineage-specific demethylation and de novo methylation programs that were acquired during effector cell differentiation and were stably maintained in memory cells subsets.
