Murine rotavirus infects and replicates in intestinal tuft cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: RNAseq of coding and noncoding RNA isolated from intestinal tuft cells reveals murine rotavirus replication in intestinal tuft cells. Overall design: Three C57Bl6J mice were infected with murine rotavirus strain EC and compared to three uninfected C57Bl6J mice. The intestinal tuft cells were isolated via FACs and profiled with RNAseq.
