ABSTRACT: To identify the intracellular targets of ANGPTL2 that control HSC stemness, human cord blood CD34+ hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs) were stimulated with ANGPTL2 for 24 hr, followed by the extraction of total RNA and subjected to the RNA-sequencing.
