ABSTRACT: Presetting of adaptive hematopoiesis by Fli-1 entails reciprocal niche sensing of Notch/VEGF-A pathways to supersede Spi1-driven dormancy. RNA-seq analysis for WT and Fli-1 KO HSPCs was performed to uncover changes in transcriptional output following Fli-1 deletion.
