Expression Data from murine follicular B cells with or without Kindlin-3 knockout

ABSTRACT: Integrin-mediated interactions between hematopoietic cells and their microenvironment are important for the development and function of immune cells. Here, we studied the role of the integrin adaptor Kindlin-3 in B cell homeostasis. To this end, we compared B cell development in B cell specific knockout mice for Kindlin-3 with that in wt littermates. In the spleen, constitutive B cell specific Kindlin-3 knockout caused a loss of marginal zone B cells but expansion of follicular B cells. To gain further insight on the mechanisms behind this expansion we performed microarray analysis.
