Expression data from murine BM Tx transduced with BRSST gRNA +/- sgEzh2 [array]

ABSTRACT: Mice transplanted with BRSST (Bcor, Runx1, Sh2b3, Stag2, Tet2) sgRNAs in addition to the sgEzh2 develop myeloid leukemia with a significantly earlier onset compared to missing sgLuc. We used global expression analysis by microarray to determine regulated gene programs after addition of the Ezh2 sgRNA.
