Alternative splicing in HeLa cells after sodium butyrate treatment

ABSTRACT: We analyzed a role of histone deacetylases in alternative splicing regulation. Using human exon arrays we identified a list of 683 genes whose splicing changes after HDAC inhibition with sodium butyrate.
