ABSTRACT: To explore the LncRNAs that are involved in the allergic asthma, we applied a LncRNA microarray to analyze the LncRNA expression profiles in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from asthmatic and healthy people.RNA-sequencing for 6 samples(asthmatic people(68,69,107) and 3 healthy people(CC24,CC25,M3))
