M6A-Seq analysis for the methylated RNA of primate prefrontal cortex after sevoflurane exposure

ABSTRACT: We thus isolated prefrontal cotex from rhesus macaques and performed m6A-Seq analysis.MeRIP libraries using eluted RNA were constructed using the SMARTer Stranded Total RNA-Seq Kit v2 - Pico Input Mammalian User Manual according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
