Comparative Transcriptomics on cellular reactions to short-term hypergravity [RNA-Seq]

ABSTRACT: Jurkat T cells have been lysed after exposure to 15 minutes of 9g in a ground-based pipette centrifuge. The RNA samples were parallely analyzed with RNA-Seq and microarray transcriptomics.
