RNA-Seq of rabbits treated with normal diet or high cholesterol diet

ABSTRACT: We fed PGC1-alpha (mouse gene) transgenic rabbits and control rabits with normal diet or high cholesterol diet. Then we extract RNA from their vascular cells and performed RNA-Seq comapre the expression level of the mRNAs.
