Suppression of MT1-MMP in Human Fibrosarcoma Impair Tumor Angiogenesis and Enlargement

ABSTRACT: To define the role of MT1-MMP in the tumor progression, we suppressed its expression in human fibrosarcoma cell line, HT1080, using RNAi technique.
