HuR promotes myogenesis by cooperating with YB-1 to modulate the stability of the Myogenin mRNA

ABSTRACT: Our study delineates a novel mechanism for HuR-mediated posttranscriptional regulation of myogenesis that requires its association to YB1 and provides new insights into the central role of posttranscriptional regulatory networks in modulating vital cellular processes such as myogenesis.
