Primary cilia, transition zone protein B9d1 is required for proper cell growth and ribosome biogenesis during meiotic prophase in males

ABSTRACT: To investigate how primary cilia or ciliary signaling pathway(s) influence gene expression profile during meiotic prophase in male flies, we used RNA-seq from testes of B9d1 Knock-down, Tektin-C Knock-down, Klp59D Knock down, wild-type and sa-/- mutant.
