T cell-specific deletion of TRAIL-receptor reveals a critical role for pathologic T cell activation and inflammation in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis

ABSTRACT: We isolated CD4 T cells from EAE mice with or without TRAIL treatment and analyzed by RNA-seq. We also activated naïve CD4 T cells by anti-CD3/CD28 antibodies in the presence or absence of TRAIL and subsequently analyzed using RNA-seq.
