ABSTRACT: RNA sequencing with differential gene expression analysis was performed on AsPC-1 pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) cells at multiple time points with a Porcupine inhibitor (LGK974) to identify mechanisms underpinning transcriptional effects.
