Transcriptomics of hypothalamic core areas suprachiasmatic nucleus and paraventricular nucleus of the short photoperiod adapted Djungarian Hamster during spontaneous daily torpor entry and normothermia using a de novo assembly of transcriptomes
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Transcriptome analyses were performed to further disentangle hypothalamic control of spontaneous daily torpor and seasonal adaptation, concentrating on the most extreme metabolic and seasonal states of the Djungarian hamster (Phodopus sungorus). The data must be interpreted with respect to the metabolic and seasonal context, as described in the manuscript of the original research.
ORGANISM(S): Phodopus sungorus
