Time-course study of microarray transcriptome analysis in influenza virus-infected MDCK and TR7 cells.

ABSTRACT: Comparative transcriptome analysis indicated that expression of apoptosis-related MX1 and MMP9 was suppressed in TR7 cells both before and during viral infection. Meanwhile, CDKN2A was upregulated in TR7 cells, and CCND3 and CASP7 were upregulated in MDCK cells, which supported that cell cycle arrest in TR7cells benefited influenza virus production.
