The role of long noncoding RNA EGFR-AS1 in cancer

ABSTRACT: Expression of long noncoding RNA EGFR-AS1 is found to be dysregulated in cancer especially non small cell lung cancer. However, the role of long noncoding RNA EGFR-AS1 in non small cell lung cancer remains relatively unknown. Our study aim to discovered the role of long noncoding RNA EGFR-AS1 in lung cancer progression and response to chemotherapy.
