Transcriptome analysis of BNRF1 depletion in P3HR1-Z/R-HT cells

ABSTRACT: EBV tegument protein, BNRF1, was found to inhibit a common host restriction factor, the SMC5/6 complex, during primary infection and viral lytic replication. RNAseq was used to identify host and viral transcriptome changes in BNRF1 knock-out P3HR1-Z/R-HTI cells, to get insights into other viral processes that is inhibited by the SMC5/6 complex.
