Expression data of Panc1 cells treated with romidepsin and tamoxifen

ABSTRACT: Tamoxifen enhances romidepsin-induced senescence in pancreatic cancer cells. We compared gene-expression profile among untreated control, romidepsin-treated, tamoxifen-treated, and romidepsin plus tamoxifen-treated Panc1 cells.
