Bulk RNA-seq on NOD mice prostate tissues treated with etanercept

Project description:Immunohistochemistry studies indicated that etanercept treatment reduced inflammation, epithlial proliferation, and epithelial NFkB activity in NOD prostate tissues compared to control treated mice. A bulk RNA-seq study was conducted on whole mouse prostate tissues from NOD mice treated with PBS control or etanercept for 5 weeks to identify putative pathways involved in these processes. These analyses determined differentially expressed genes and numerous enriched pathways yielding a greater understanding of pathways involved in prostate regression and inhibition of inflammation.

Gene expression of prostate tumor tissues treated with leuprolide acetate plus ipilimumab

Project description:To study the immune response of the prostate tumor tissues after the leuprolide acetate plus ipilimumab, we compared the gene expression of 6 post-therapy with 3 pre-therapy samples. We identified 690 differential expressed genes (DEGs). Pathway analysis showed that these genes are associated with critical immune pathways such as CTLA4 signaling, antigen presenting etc.
