Genome-wide AR chromatin association in human lung adenocarcinoma cancer cells

ABSTRACT: AR is a transcription factor that functions in maintenance and development of prostate and various tissues. By performing AR ChIP-seq analysis, we show that AR binds to the promoter, intron, and enhancer regions of the KRAS and various AR target genes in human lung KRAS mutant cancer cells.
