RNA-seq of lung fibroblasts in transgenic expressing hIGFBP5 (HOMO) and WT mice

ABSTRACT: The main purpose of this project is to conduct expression profiling of primary lung fibroblasts from homozygous (HOMO) mice compared to wildtype (WT) mice to identify genes and pathways regulated by hIGFBP-5 in primary lung fibroblasts. The GO or KEGG enrichment analysis will be helpful for us to discover the DEG's function and the biological processes, pathways, molecular functions, and cellular components involved
