TGFB in bone marrow dysfunction in diabetes

ABSTRACT: We performed a microarray analysis to understand the mechanisms of TGFB1-mediated inhibition of adipogenesis on cultured human primary bone marrow-derived mesenchymal progenitor cells (bm-MPCs). Our goal was to identify targetable pathways that mediate the effect of TGFB1.
