Effect of Nitidine Chloride on Rheumatoid Synovial Fibroblast-like Synoviocytes

ABSTRACT: To explore how nitidine chloride (NC) regulates biological functions of fibroblast-like synovioctyes (FLSs) from rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients, we evaluated the transcriptome of NC-treated RA FLSs compared with untreated control using RNA sequencing analysis.
