Enhancer RNA transcription defines novel CSF1 enhancer in triple-negative breast cancer


ABSTRACT: We report the results of employing CRISPR interference (CRISPRi) to epigenetically perturb the CSF1 transcription start site or novel CSF1 enhancer, followed by high-throughput RNA-sequencing to identify downstream gene expression changes in human triple negative breast cancer cells.
