Gene expression in mice oviductal organoids before and after E2 and DBZ induced multiciliated cell differentiation

ABSTRACT: To further explore the mechanisms through which CDC42 regulates multiciliated cell differentiation, RNA-seq was performed to compare the transcriptomes of Cdc42f/f (F/F), PgrcreCdc42f/f (PgrKO) and adenovirus expressing the Cre recombinase gene (Ad-Cre) mediated Cdc42 knockout (AdKO) mice oviductal organoids before and after induced multiciliated cell differentiation.
