Transcriptome analysis for uterine leiomyosarcoma and myoma

ABSTRACT: Uterine leiomyosarcoma is a most aggressive gynecological malignancy, and uterine leiomyoma is a benign tumor. Here, we performed bulk RNA-seq using archival fresh-frozen tumor samples stored at the National Cancer Center Biobank.
