Comprehensive DNA methylation analysis of human neuroblastoma cells treated with haloperidol and risperidone

ABSTRACT: This work reveals the effect of antipsychotics on DNA methylation using the cell model. After the treatment of antipsychotics, haloperidol and risperidone, DNA methylation profiles obtained by Illumina HumanMethylation450 beadchip were examined.
