Folic acid treatment of colorectal cancer cell lines

ABSTRACT: Folic acid is involved in DNA methylation, thereby it can potentially induce gene silencing. We used microarrays to detect the transcripts that are showing different expressions after short-term folic acid (FA) treatment.
