CD47 blocking antibody confers exercise effects by activating AMPK and improving mitochondrial energetics of skeletal muscle

ABSTRACT: We report transcript profiles from skeletal muscle tissues of CD47-/-, wild-type sedentary and exercise group mice that exercise continuously for 8 weeks, 6 days a week, at a speed of 15 m/min for 1 hour per day. We found that the transcripts of CD47-/- mice were more similar to exercise mice.
