ABSTRACT: To identify the intracellular targets of endothelial cell-specific ANGPTL2 that control HSC stemness, HSCs from Angptl2fl/fl or Cdh5-Cre;Angptl2fl/fl were sorted, followed by the extraction of total RNA and subjected to the RNA-sequencing.
