RNA-seq of primary chondrocytes with ot without aberrant high shear stress treatment

ABSTRACT: In order to investigate the transcriptome changes underlying aberrant shear stress-induced cartilage pathogenesis, we subjected chondrocytes to Flexcell applinace and the constructed RNA libraries were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq X Ten platform.
