Transcriptomic analysis of hybrid embryos in polyploid wheat

ABSTRACT: To investigate genome-wide maternal and paternal contributions to polyploid grain development, we produced and analyzed transcriptomes from zygote to mature stage embryos as well as two endosperm stages derived from reciprocal crosses between tetraploid and hexaploid wheats.
