Transcriptional response to loss of rab-11.1

ABSTRACT: Loss of RAB-11.1 disrupts nuclear hormone receptor 49 association with endocytic vesicles and promotes its nuclear translocation and activation of the lipid surveillance response. Included in this dataset are the gene expression data in control and rab-11.1 RNAi conditions in C. elegans.
