Monocular Visual Deprivation in Macaca Fascicularis: A mRNA Sequencing Profile of LGN Tissues.

ABSTRACT: We sutured the left eyelid of one-month-old Macaca Fascicularis. Three months later, their LGN tissues were captured and mRNA sequencing was carried out to study the effect of monocular deprivation on gene expression in Macaca Fascicularis.
