Microarray expression data of E7386-treated HSC3 cells

ABSTRACT: E7386 inhibits interaction between B-catenin and CREB-binding protein (CBP), which drives oncogenic gene expression and aggressive cancer phenotypes in oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCC). We use microarrays to profile the effects of E7386 treatment on gene expression of HSC3 human OSCC cells.
