Genome-wide identification of gamabufotalin (CS-6) targets in MDA-MB-468 cells

ABSTRACT: The MDA-MB-468 triplicate-negative breast cancer cells were treated with 18 nmol/L gamabufotalin (CS-6) or DMSO for 24 h. Then, RNA-seq was performed to explore the differentially expressed genes.
