Single-cell analysis of PA14-treated control and roX2 depleted ISCs (PA14 treated)

ABSTRACT: To investigate if roX2 is involved in pathogen induced gene silencing, we perfomed the single-cell analysis. We show that depletion of roX2 resulted in 2780 genes up-regulated, supporting a repressive role of roX2 in transcription.
