Sugar-induced gene expression changes in a Caco-2/HepG2 coculture

ABSTRACT: We descirbe the impact of monosaccharides (glucose, fructose, L-arabinose versus mannitol) on gene expression, focussing on metabolic health pathways. This is part of a larger study on changes in cellular physiology in the metabolic health context.
