RNA-sequence data of liver sinusoidal endothelial cells in wild type and endothelial RBPj-conditional knock out (RBPjcKO) mice

ABSTRACT: The Notch pathway plays a critical role in regulating the proliferation and differentiation of endothelial cells during liver homeostasis, so we used EC-specific RBPj conditional knock out mice, and compared the gene expression profiles of LSECs isolated from wild type versus RBPjcKO mice.
