ABSTRACT: Genome sequence data results are reported from experimental and bioinfomatic work using the technique 'Bulk Segregant Analysis' to determine the genetic basis of observed resistance to the azole antifungal compound itraconazole in the opportunistic fungal pathogen Aspergillus fumigatus.
