Sequential-GAM constructs the single-cell geometric 3D genome structure

ABSTRACT: The three-dimensional genome structure plays important role in cell identity and gene regulation. We used a new method to construct the diploid geometric structure of genome in single cells. Using the structure, we determine the radial positioning of distinct genomic features and epigenetic markers and the variance in single cells.
