Integrative genome-wide analysis in mouse mammary tumors in response to maternal long-term genistein (LT-GE) treatment

ABSTRACT: We tested global gene transcriptome changes by RNA-sequencing analysis and genome-wide methylation profiles by reduced representation bisulfite sequencing (RRBS) analysis in the offspring mammary tumors of C3(1)-SV40 Tag (SV40) transgenic mice to further identify key epigenetic-controlled genes in regulation of maternal GE diet-mediated early breast cancer prevention.
