ABSTRACT: KDM1A and KDM7A are Androgen Receptor coregulators. Here siRNAs targeting KDM1A and KDM7A were used to deplete KDM1A and KDM7A in prostate cancer cells and the effect on androgen regulated gene expression and splicing determined.
