TSA Breast Cancer Wild-type or RIPK1 Deletion Tumors Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Data for CD45+ and CD45- Cell Types

ABSTRACT: We found that expression of RIPK1 by cancer cells drives resistance to immune checkpoint blockade therapy. The goal of this study was to evaluate the effects of deletion of RIPK1 in the cancer cells on the tumor immune microenvironment by using single-cell RNA sequencing to evaluate defining transcriptomic features of immune subsets in the tumor microenvironment, as well as to look at corresponding gene expression changes in the immune and non-immune subsets upon RIPK1 deletion. Wild-type (WT) tumors were sequenced as a control and gene expression patterns were compared to tumors derived from RIPK1 knockout (KO) cancer cells.
