Search for downstream target genes of HTG3 based on RNA seq data

ABSTRACT: With the threshold of absolute value of log2 (Fold Change) ≥1 and P < 0.05, 4122 and 4100 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were up-regulated and down-regulated, respectively by HS in ZH11; 4725 genes(H-DEGs) were up or down-regulated in the htg3 mutant under normal or stress conditions; Among the H-DEGs, 1025 and 947 genes were up- and down-regulated, respectively, by HS in ZH11.
